Plumbing, Gas & Roof Plumbing for Builders and Renovators

Need a plumber who turns up when booked? Cristian is a licensed plumber, gas fitter and roof plumber based in Dandenong. He handles rough-in, fit-off, gas, sewer and stormwater drainage, and roof plumbing on new builds, extensions and renovations across Melbourne.

What you can count on

  • One licence for the lot: plumbing, drainage, gas fitting and roofing (stormwater), so there's one fewer trade to coordinate.

  • The same person every visit: Cristian works for himself, so the plumber who quotes the job is the plumber who does it.

  • Turning up when booked. If something changes, you'll get a call, not a no-show.

  • A tidy site, with offcuts, old material and rubbish taken away.

  • Paperwork done properly, with compliance certificates issued when the law requires them.

Something gone wrong on site, like a burst pipe or a storm hitting an open roof? Call 0410 924 363, 24/7. SeeĀ emergency plumbing.

What Cristian does on your build

Rough-in

Water, waste and gas pipework run and tested before the walls are lined, set out to the plans.

Fit-off

Taps, basins, toilets, showers, sinks and appliances connected, tested and ready for handover.

Gas fitting

Gas lines run and appliances connected under the same licence as the plumbing, so there's no separate gas fitter to book.

Hot water

Hot water systems supplied and installed as part of the fit-off, or replaced on a renovation.

Sewer and stormwater drainage

Sewer drains connected and below-ground stormwater drains laid for new builds and extensions, downpipes run to the stormwater drain or a rainwater tank, and old drains repaired or unblocked. For stormwater, see roof drainage.

Roof plumbing, gutters and downpipes

Gutters, downpipes, flashings and roofing on new builds and extensions, including the tricky spot where a new roof meets the old one. On renovations, the old gutters and rubbish are taken away. See roof plumbing, gutters, downpipes, roof flashing and roofing.

Compliance and paperwork

Licence and insurance

Licence 125484 covers plumbing, drainage, gas fitting and roofing (stormwater), with a backflow prevention endorsement. Public liability insurance is $10M, current to 15 September 2027. Licence and insurance details are available on request for your subcontractor records. ABN 36 136 905 959.

Safety on site

Flow Now is WorkSafe compliant, and Cristian is a Master Plumbers member.

Compliance certificates

Cristian issues a compliance certificate within five days of finishing, and lodges it with the Building and Plumbing Commission (BPC), wherever Victorian law requires one: for plumbing work valued over $750 (labour and materials included), and for most gas fitting work, such as installing gas pipes or appliances, whatever the value.

How a job runs

  1. Get in touch. Call 0410 924 363 or send a quote request. Include the site address, the stages you need, your timing and the plans if you have them.

  2. Quote. Cristian looks over the job and gives you a written quote.

  3. Book the stages. Lock in dates for each stage, such as rough-in, roof plumbing and fit-off, to suit your build program.

  4. The work. Each stage is done to the Victorian plumbing standards and tested, and the site is left tidy.

  5. Paperwork. Compliance certificates are issued within five days where the law requires them, ready for your handover file.

Builder FAQs

Can you do the plumbing, gas and roof plumbing on the same job?

Yes. Flow Now's licence, 125484, covers plumbing, drainage, gas fitting and roofing (stormwater). One licensed plumber can handle the rough-in, gas, sewer and stormwater drainage, gutters and downpipes, and the fit-off, so there's one fewer trade to coordinate on site.

Do you provide compliance certificates?

Yes, where the law requires one. In Victoria that's plumbing work valued over $750, including labour and materials, and most gas fitting work, such as installing gas pipes or appliances, whatever the value. The certificate is issued within five days of finishing and lodged with the Building and Plumbing Commission (BPC). Keep it with your handover documents.

Can I get your licence and insurance details for our records?

Yes. Licence 125484 covers plumbing, drainage, gas fitting and roofing (stormwater). Public liability insurance is $10M, current to 15 September 2027. Licence and insurance details are available on request.

Do you work on extensions and renovations, or only new builds?

Both. Cristian does rough-in and fit-off on new builds, extensions and renovations, plus the sewer and stormwater drainage and the roof plumbing, including joining a new roof and gutters to the existing ones.

Who turns up on site?

Cristian does. He runs Flow Now Plumbing himself, so the licensed plumber who quotes your job is the one who does the work at every stage.

Which areas do you cover?

We're based in Dandenong and do a lot of work for builders and renovators across the south-east, including Noble Park, Keysborough, Springvale, Clayton, Narre Warren, Berwick and Frankston. We cover the rest of Melbourne too, so wherever the site is, give us a call.

Send your plans for a quote

Tell us about the build and the stages you need, and we'll take it from there. Need roof work only? See all our roof plumbing services.
