Leaks and burst pipes
Dripping taps, leaking toilets, burst pipes and hidden leaks, fixed before they turn into water damage and a bigger bill for the owner.
Hot water
No hot water is one of the most common tenant calls. Cristian repairs and replaces hot water systems, so tenants aren't left without hot water any longer than they need to be.
Blocked drains and toilets
Blocked sinks, toilets and drains cleared, with the cause found so the problem doesn't come straight back.
Gas fitting and gas safety checks
Gas leaks, appliance connections and repairs, plus rental gas safety checks, all done by Cristian under the one licence.
Roofs, gutters and storm prep
Roof leaks and overflowing gutters are some of the most common tenant complaints after heavy rain. Cristian repairs roofs, gutters and downpipes, cleans gutters, fits gutter guard and fixes rotten fascia, so the property is ready before the storms. See roof plumbing and gutters.
Stormwater drains and backflow testing
Blocked or broken stormwater drains cleared, repaired or relaid. Cristian also holds a backflow prevention endorsement, so he can test backflow prevention devices.
Compliance and paperwork
Gas safety checks
Rental providers must have a gas safety check done every two years by a licensed or registered gasfitter with the Type A gas appliance servicing endorsement. Cristian holds that endorsement and does these checks himself.
Electrical and smoke alarm checks

Certificates and records
You get a compliance certificate within five days where Victorian law requires one: for plumbing work valued over $750 (labour and materials included), and for most gas fitting work, such as installing gas pipes or appliances, whatever the value. From 13 October 2026, rental providers must keep records showing the property meets the rental minimum standards, so keep each certificate with the property's file. Licence and insurance details are available on request for your supplier register.
How to book a job

Email the job. Send it to cristian@flownowplumbing.com.au with the property address, what the problem is, the tenant's contact details and your work order number if you use one. For urgent jobs, call 0410 924 363.

Access and inspection. Cristian contacts the tenant directly to arrange access, then checks the problem and finds the real cause, not just the symptom.

Clear quote. A call-out fee applies for the visit. Your written quote then sets out what needs doing, and no work starts until it's approved, so you can check with the owner first.

The work. The job is done to the Victorian plumbing standards, and the old parts and rubbish are taken away.

Invoice and paperwork. You get an invoice for the job, plus a compliance certificate where the law requires one.

Can you come out after hours for a tenant emergency?

Do you do the electrical and smoke alarm checks too?

Will I get a compliance certificate?
Yes, where the law requires one.
