Full inspection of gas appliances and flues, valid for lease turnover.
💨Smoke Alarms
Tested and serviced to meet the working smoke alarm requirement.
⚡Electrical Safety
Full switchboard and wiring safety inspection.
🌞Heating
When a fixed heater fails beyond repair, replace with a 2-star+ electric system.
❄️Cooling
A fixed, energy-efficient cooling system for the main living area.
💧Hot Water
Failed systems replaced with a heat pump or electric-boosted solar unit.
🚿Showerhead Flow
Minimum 4-star WELS rating in every shower.
🏠Ceiling Insulation
Minimum R-value 5.0 wherever ceiling space has none.
🍃Draughtproofing
External doors, windows and wall vents sealed.
The trap most agencies won't see coming: draughtproofing can't legally start until a licensed plumber completes a gas safety check under six months old. If it finds an un-flued or open-flued appliance, draughtproofing can't proceed at all — sealing the home around it becomes a safety risk.
