Who we are

Flow Now Plumbing is run by Cristian Fernandez, a sole trader (ABN 36 136 905 959) based in Dandenong VIC 3175. We provide plumbing, gas fitting, roof plumbing, backflow testing and "Ready for Rent" rental compliance checks for property managers. Our website, flownowplumbing.com.au, is hosted on Wix.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to help you. This may include:

your name, phone number and email address
the address of the property where the work is needed
tenant and agent contact details for rental jobs
photos, plans and messages you send us through our website forms
work order numbers from property managers
basic website usage information collected through cookies (see below).

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

prepare quotes and book jobs
do the work, including arranging access with tenants or agents
issue compliance certificates
send invoices and keep our business records
respond to your enquiries.

We won't send you marketing messages unless you've told us that's okay, and we never sell your information.

Who we share it with

We only share your information when we need to, with:

our licensed electrician partner, for electrical and smoke alarm checks on Ready for Rent compliance jobs
Wix, which hosts our website and its forms
the accounting and invoicing software providers we use to run the business
regulators where the law requires it, for example when compliance certificates are lodged with the Building and Plumbing Commission or Energy Safe Victoria.

Some of these providers may store information on servers outside Australia. We choose reputable providers and only share what's needed.

Cookies and website analytics

Like most websites, ours uses cookies and analytics tools provided by Wix. These help the site work properly and show us things like how many people visit and which pages are useful. This information is generally not used to identify you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work as well.

How long we keep it
